Duxbury vs. Scituate: How to watch MIAA D-IV football state championship game

The top-seeded Duxbury football team will look to claim its third consecutive Division IV state championship when it competes against No. 2 Scituate at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough on Thursday.

The start is scheduled for 3 pm

Duxbury defeated the Sailors in last year’s D-IV title game for its seventh crown in 19 years. Scituate has outscored its opponents by an impressive 464-71 margin to remain undefeated at 11-0 heading into the game.

The Mariners’ defense has recorded four shutouts and allowed just a combined ten runs in three postseason appearances this fall. Scituate will need that kind of effort if it hopes to avenge last year’s result and claim its first state championship since 2021.

Here’s everything you need to know about Thursday’s D-IV state title game and where to watch it.
