In his speech Hope Labor will set the “next period” of the government, the prime minister will explain half a dozen “thousand stones”, covering living standards; NHS backlogs, energy security, buildings and children’s readiness for school.

Starmer will also commission 13,000 extra neighborhood police officers and is known as a “bobby on every beat.”

As part of a pledge to crack down on crime and antisocial behaviour, it will say every neighborhood in England and Wales named can be contacted by the police.

Each police force will also have to deal with antisocial behavior with ways of tackling concerns raised by local residents and businesses.
