Scones is a look in my kitchen and I wrote the recipe for you to follow it at home.

For the seats:

350G Autonomous Flour

1/2 teaspoon of cooking dust

90g of salt -free butter, cold, cut into cubes

Three tablespoons of calster sugar

175 ml semi-flavel

A good handful of Sultanes, optional

A teaspoon of lemon juice

Beaten egg, for breakfast

To serve:

Clotted cream

Mam of raspberry or strawberries

Directions:

Start by adding the cold butter, then rub it to the flour mixture until it takes a similar texture to the bread. This step may take a little time, but it is crucial, so be patient.

Once mixed, stir the sugar and leave it aside. Heat the milk and then mix the lemon juice, along with a stream of vanilla if you want.

Pour in the breadcrumbs mixture and mix quickly until it forms a dough.

The lemon juice brings a touch of acidity to the mixture, helping its ascent to the oven. The cooking dust duo and lemon juice gives the SCONE that an additional lift for the ideal increase.

Then sprinkle a little flour on the counter and remove the dough, knead it gently until it is soft.

I am a fan of the sultans in my escotes, so this is when I would press them slightly to the dough. If you prefer a normal search, just skip this step.

Take a 5cm cutter and cut the maximum of rounds you can, returning to work the dough until there is none.

Arrange the stairs on a lined baking row, take a look with the whipped egg and bake for only 10 minutes.

I prefer my fresh oven searches, so open in 10 minutes, make a jam, crown with cream and savor.
