The National Meteorological Service issued a flood clock at 2:34 AM on Tuesday valid from 2pm until Wednesday at 2 a.m. for southern Worcester, as well as the counties of Hampden, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol, Plymouth and Barnsable.
