Altitude Trampoline Park On Route 1 from Nord Attleborough will close the doors permanently on Saturday, May 31.
Sudden announcement was made by CEO Victor Rodriguez on Thursday through a Facebook publication.
It is said that the closure is due to circumstances outside the employees control in the park.
“This is something that has come to us quite quickly,” Rodríguez said in Facebook publication. “It’s something that does not do the amazing people who work here in this park.”
The altitude, which opened in North Atleborough in 2017, has several locations throughout the country. There are several in Massachusetts, such as Franklin, Marlborough, Avon, Holyoke and Billerica.
Each location has multiple attractions for the children to participate, including the extreme Dodgeball, the foam grave, the rock wall and the trapeze. It is also a hot place for parties and birthday events.
Rodríguez is also the director general of the location of Holyoke.
From the company’s website, he does not say that anywhere else is extended.
Rodriguez said he apologized for the inconvenience of the closing of the location of North Attleborough.
“I will do everything I can to help -in terms of services I can,” he said.
Rodriguez said he would also go to those who scheduled the parts after June 1 to issue returns.
Feeling -as if he had been part of many of the life of the members of the community, he told Facebook video that he must, unfortunately, end.
“I am very grateful to have been part of the life of so many families, for those who have worked with me, for those who have come here and jumped with us … It’s a very sad day,” said Rodríguez.
When he was excited during the end of the video of about 6 minutes, Rodríguez explained how the love and support of the community towards the Trampoline Park have helped him to provide his family.
“I just wanted to thank everyone for everything you have given us,” said Rodríguez. “It means a lot to me.”
“Our directors and staff have been excellent for seven years of blood, sweat and tears, trying to make this place a part of this community,” said Rodríguez. “We loved every minute of being here.”
When trampoline parks end, a new one, Start the Trampoline ParkIt will open just on the road to South Washington Street in Target Square. The launch is where the previous “Babies r us” was.
“The launch opens alongside us, I hope they can provide a great experience for all, because all we want is for children to be children,” said Rodríguez. “And I don’t care where they jump, I just want them to have fun.”
An opening date for launch has not been announced.
