Individuals are divided into four groups of 12 weeks – eat in 12-hour or more windows; Limiting eating on an eight-hour window starting 10 in the morning; Limiting eating on an eight-hour window that begins after 13 hours; and allows people to choose their own eight-hour window.

All groups are given tips on the Mediterranean diet to help them eat healthier.

The researchers have applied the body, waist and driving packages at the beginning of the trial, after the 12-week plan, and 12 months later.

The study determined that, while those who have eaten over 12 hours or longer lost an average of 1.4kg, time limited groups lost more, about 3 kg to 4 kg.

Timely limited groups also had a higher reduction of professions and dicks of several centimeters, and maintained higher weight losses after 12 months.

Those who chose their own patterns also maintained some weight loss even though it is not statistically significant.
