Mass. man and brother sentenced for fake N95 mask price gouging scheme



A man from Massachusetts and his brother have been sentenced to a scheme in Price Gouge hospitals for facial masks that were abused as N95 respirators during the first phase of Covid-19 Pandemic, announced on the United States Public Prosecutor’s Office on Friday.

In August 2023, Norfolk, Massachusetts, the resident Jason Collanthuoni declared himself guilty of conspiracy to commit prices regarding the case, said the United States Prosecutor’s Office. Colantuoni is expected to be convicted on June 23, 2025.
