After weeks of grueling challenges and harrowing Bushtucker trials, I’m a celebrity the finale is finally here.

Go Mabus was the last contestant to be eliminated following a public vote on Saturday (December 7), leaving three finalists, McFly’s Danny Jones, Coleen “Wagatha Christie” Rooney, and pop star-priest Reverend Richard Coles.

In last night’s episode, Mabuse said she believes she came out of the competition “stronger”, as she revealed she was rooting for Jones to win.

After being voted out, Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap Coronation Streethe also revealed that he believes Jones will win the show.

In early scenes during the final, Rooney burst into tears in the Bush Telegraph, saying she was “so proud” to have made it this far in the competition.

The King or Queen of the Jungle vote is now underway, with viewers being asked to choose Jones, Rooney or Coles. If Jones wins, he will follow in the footsteps of bandmate Dougie Poynter, who was crowned King of the Jungle in 2011.

Last episode of I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! airs on ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday 8 December at 9pm.

‘Oh, it’s revooooolting!’

Richard’s very appropriate reaction to being showered with fish guts. “We’re just spending everything we have left!” joked December… or Ant. I can’t quite remember…

Coleen was emotional in the Bush Telegraph, saying: “I’m so proud to know I’m through to the final. I’m a proud mom, I’m a proud wife, I’m a proud daughter, it’s very rare that I’m proud of myself, so that means a lot. It’s very rare that I put myself first, so yes, these are happy tears!”
