A West Stockbridge man was sentenced to a federal court in Albany, New York, on Tuesday after admitting that he sexually abused a teenager, according to federal authorities.
Frank Twing Sr., 33, was sentenced to 25 years in prison with 25 years of supervised release, United States lawyer John A. Sarcone III said in a statement.
Twing admitted that he sexually abused a 15 -year -old boy, during which he created sexually explicit videos, according to federal authorities. He also admitted to traveling from his home to Massachusetts in New York with sexually abusing plans for a 12 -year -old boy.
Twing will also have to lose the property he used to commit crimes in the federal government, according to federal authorities. You will also have to pay special assessments and register as a sexual offender after leaving prison.
