Since the laying on 20. January, Donald Trump issued a number of executive orders aimed at dismantling diversity, capital and inclusions throughout the Federal Government and the private sector.

While the Trump orders celebrated some supporters and allies, they criticized advocacy groups that they could deepen the injustices and annul the decades of progress to apply to the protection of civil rights of marginalized groups.

President previously (and consumed) tried to blame the deadly fall of the Washington Airplane Aircraft, who killed 67 people at Dei diversity measures.

Below we look at what Dei and what the president said about that.

What is Dei?

Dei or diversity, capital and inclusion, the concept refers to policies that encourage the representation of the workplace and the participation of people of different gender, races, ethnic groups, religions, ages and classes.

Recent efforts can be monitored until the Law on Civil Rights signed in 1964. The then President Lyndon B. Johnson, who is prohibited discrimination based on the race, religion, national origin, color and sex, including completing segregation.

The law has completed the implementation of the Law of Jim Crow in American Society – the highest axle of segregation.

It is in the 1950s and 1960s, in the middle of the field for civil rights, and Johnson released an executive order, which further forbade discrimination in federal employment, requiring governments and employees to be treated regardless of their race, creed, color or National origin.

Since the introduction of the function, Trump has undoed such commands.

What did Trump do for dismantling Dei?

Trump and his allies say DEI unfairly discriminates other Americans, including white people and men and weaker the importance of merit in hiring or promoting jobs.

“My administration has taken action to lift all discriminatory diversity, capital and inclusion of nonsense – and these are the policies that were absolute nonsense – throughout the government and the private sector,” Trump told its second term.

The President signed executive orders by referring to the removal of government programs diversity and removal of all federal offices and jobs related to DEI. He also pressed the private sector to abolish the DEI policy.

Trump issued an order to complete the financing of schools that support the critical race theory, the academic framework that is most often learned in legal schools that are based on the assumption that racial biases – intentionally or not – to American laws and institutions.

What do Chei fans say?

Civic rights lawyers say that the efforts of DEI help to raise marginalized groups and deal with continuous effects of historical and production inequality. The American Union of Civil Freedoms says DEI programs are not discriminatory.

And the Reuters / Ipsos survey found 59 percent of respondents, including 30 percent of the Republicans, opposed by Trump strips to end federal efforts to promote employment of women and members of racial minority groups.

But when they are especially wondering about the Trump order to close the Federal DEI office, the respondents were even divided, with 51 percent opposing and 44 percent in favor.
