King James, Pulitzer Prize finalist Rajiv Joseph’s acclaimed comedy about two men, one who has Cleveland Cavaliers game tickets and one who wants to buy them during LeBron James’ first season. It’s a deep dive into the world of sports and the friendships between sports fans. TheaterWorks Hartford presents the area premiere, January 30th through March 2nd. Rob Ruggiero directs this celebration of friendship and fandom. Gregory Perri (who appeared in the Off-Broadway production of “King James”) and George Anthony Richardson co-star.
