What we know about the driver in deadly New Orleans attack

Investigators are working to uncover more about the driver of the deadly New Orleans shooting. Police have identified the driver as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a US citizen from Texas. CBS News’ Jason Allen reports.
