Xander Schauffele, a four -time major champion, spent more than two hours in the driving range at the Scottish Open Wednesday as he tries to finish his bad shape in northern Berwick
Xander Schaffle’s determination to regain his great winning form of the championship was evident on Wednesday, as he surpassed almost everyone in the practice range at the Open of the Scottish.
Schauffele, a winner of the PGA championship and the Open Championship, confessed on Tuesday that he experiences the most the challenging season of his career. After a injury to the closing of their double winner of 2024Schauffele has only achieved one end of the top -10 this year – one eighth place in the masters.
However, Schauffele’s resolution was unmistakable in northern Berwick Wednesday. Despite having played nine holes in the Pro/Am, he remained for more than two hours for more than two hours, thoroughly perfecting his game.

Autograph’s eager fans were waiting behind the barricades, some who used plastic tubs as makeshift seats, as they observed Schauffele rehearsing their shots in the Scottish unusually warm weather.
The San Diego native seemed to be puzzled by the heat and could be seen reviewing almost every shot with his Caddy, Austin Kaiser, who was recording swings on his iPhone.
Numerous players came and went while Schauffele was engaged in various exercises during their two -hour session, apparently with the aim of perfecting all aspects of their swing.
However, after his extensive range session, Schauffele expressed his eagerness to go out to the course and not be in his swing.
When asked about his feelings after an internship session, Xander Schauffele couldn’t help but speak with Mirror Sport -“tired!” He made: “I mean, it is 70 degrees and sunny, almost feels like returning home to San Diego, a little breeze. We hope that it will remain pleasant and warm and comfortable for the rest of the week.
“It was a long -range session, but once you go play golf here, turn off your brain. The more windy you are, the less think of your swing.
“Hopefully there is a little wind and we can achieve some good golf traits.”
Fresh from his triumph in the 2024 Open Championship, Schauffele has a good achievement of Links Golf and believes his ability shines this week at the Renaissance Club and next week in the final of the portrait season.
“I mean there are certain holes … You can never go through these bunkers! You may be able to bounce it at some point, but yes, as is the lawn, it is firmer, it is drier … Obviously it does not rain too much here! It is part of the preparation process.
“It will be two weeks in completely different conditions, Northern Ireland It is extremely wet, it always rains. I don’t think anyone will wait for Northern Ireland to be 70 degrees and sunny.
“Apparently the course is much green, it is a little slower than here, and it will rain much more. I think we will get two really good tests for golf golf.”
