In-N-Out Burger has filed a federal lawsuit against YouTuber Bryan Arnett after allegedly false represented the employee and made iced notes to customers in the video.
Arnett, which has over 600,000 followers via YouTube and Instagram, He posted Video 25. April. Dressed in the red apron, a white shirt and paper in the N-Out hat, represented as a propelled worker at the closed location, allegedly in Glendale, on the Easter Sunday, when all burger are closed for vacation.

The lawsuit, submitted on 20. June, accuses Arnetta falsely representing the company and slanders his brand “LEWD, disturbing and bizarre” behavior.
