So if that happened, Richardson would freeze his IBF Lightweight Velterveight title until it goes up to 147 to fight payment. If it does, IBF should take it off for its light-spread title, because it is not fair candidacy waiting in line for their title in ranking.
All sanction bodies should have a rule that champions cannot move in weight without giving up titles. How can you have a sport if the seat belts like Hitchins move around while please, leaving their titles frozen and waiting for them when they come back?
