The charges will be presented in relation to a SUV led by Massachusetts State Police in a search on Route 24, reaching speeds of 130 mph and with five people injured, according to state police.
Around 4 a.m. on Monday, a state police soldier saw a white BMW X5 SUV leading to Route 24 to the south to more than 100 mph, according to police in a statement.
The soldier sought to make a traffic stop, but the SUV continued to drive south, with its speed increasing, the statement was read.
Shortly afterwards, the driver lost control and crashed in Taunte, said state police.
The first to respond provided first aid to five people in the car before being transferred to local hospitals, continued the statement. All people are in stable state.
Research on persecution and fall continues. State police will announce the charges in relation to the persecution.
