Driver ‘seriously’ hurt after high-speed chase ends in fiery NH crash, police say



A man was “seriously injured” after being involved in a police persecution, where he led more than 140 miles per hour, according to a statement from the state’s police police.

The incident took place around 1:30 pm on Friday, when a state soldier drove south to the Turnpike de Fe Everett in Bedford, and noticed that an infinity Q50 of 2018 passed to more than 140 miles per hour and refused to stop.

A chase began and the driver continued south to his return until he left the right side of the road and crashed, according to state police. The driver was trapped inside the car while burning.

State police responded quickly, using extinguishers to control combustion while trying to remove the driver.

Merrimack, New Hampshire Fire Staff, managed to leave the flames completely and release the driver from the strongly damaged vehicle.

The driver was brought by the medical helicopter to Brigham and the Boston Women Hospital with serious injuries.
