The parents of the eight-month child were arrested in South Carolina, after the family was found to live in “horrible” conditions next to 40 animals, with the dead goat In the bathtub.
Kayla Renard and Nicholas Foley are accused of illegal behavior towards the child and sickly treatment of animals after the rule of the Police Department responded to the residence of about 200 miles outside Charleston after the Social Service Department’s request.
The agency raised concern about the conditions that the baby was built.

“There were several different types of animals running around … Raccoon, chickens, cats, dogs. There was a dead goat in the bathroom that fell apart in a few days.”
He added: “It was just one of the scariest scenes I’ve ever been part of in 30 years.”
The boss said that the parents were calm and without emotion as the officers questioned them.
“You would think you’d be a little disturbed that someone was taking his eight-month-old child, that the police there and revealed the terrible conditions of this house,” he said. “You would think they would have to know they were in trouble.”
Renard and Foley are reserved in the Anderson County Custody Center. Renard and Foley are both given $ 10,000 for a warranty. Foley Released Relationship Tuesday.
