No white smoke seen in the sister chapel
The results of the fourth conclusion were expected at around 17:30 local time (16:30 BST).
However, white smoke has not yet been seen and we have no way to know what is happening in the Sisa Chapel.
If this ballot was not successful, there will be no black smoke that says the Pope was not chosen this time.
But later tonight will be the final voting at around 19:00 in the local time (18:00 BST).

Public hope that the new Pope will be picked tonight
Large school groups joined people waiting for the outcome in St. Peter’s square.
They interfere with people who participate in a pile of Preslierland holy years and journalists from all over the world that landed on Rome to document the elections.
“The wait is miraculous!” Priscilla Parlante said, Roman.
“We hope tonight of white smoke,” said Pedro Deget, 22, a finance student from Argentina.
He said he and his family visited Rome during the Argentine Pope Pontifications and were hoping for a new pope in Francis’s picture.
“Francis was well introducing the church to the outer world, but he may not have done enough in other fronts. We will see if the next one will be able to do more,” Deget from the market.
Rev. Jan Dominik Rich, Slovenian Franciscan Friar, was more critical of Francis.
He said whether he was in the Sistinean chapel, he would vote for the cardinal Pierbattist Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch Jerusalem, who is on many papal lists. “
There are clear ideas, not much ideology. He is a direct, intelligent and respectful man, “said the rich with the square.
“Most of everything, it’s agile.”

‘I hope I’ll return to Rome until that evening, I’ll find white smoke, “says Cardinal
As the world is waiting and watching the chimney of the Sikstene chapel, there are great hopes, the pope will be chosen soon.
“I hope you return to Rome to that evening, I will find white smoke,” said Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, the 91-year-old Dean of the Faculty of Cardinal who chaired Mass before donation.
Re is not involved in voting because only cardinals below 80 are eligible for votes.
Re, when they cited Italian media as Thursday Thursday in Pompei, said that 133 cardinals would have chosen the “Pope that the Church and the World Today.”

What happens if there is no signal this afternoon?
The smoke will appear only from the synthina chapel chimney in the next half hour or so if the conclusion chose the Pope.
If they selected, white smoke will appear from the Chimney Chapel Chimney, and not too long afterwards, the next pope will be revealed on the Basilica St. Peter Basil Balcony.
If there is no smoke, it means that cardinals failed to reach two-thirds of the majority to choose a new Pope.
After the first round of the afternoon votes, it was talovated and confirmed, the second round of voting will begin immediately.
Then, about 18h of British Time, the conclusion will set fire to all ballots and send a wimno signal: White, the Pope is selected or black, which means they must continue tomorrow.

How are they counted to be concluded ballots
A little earlier, we explained how the cardinal bilesciers threw their tickets. After that they must be counted, and this process is functioning.
Three cardinals are nominated as mixing. Once the votes were thrown, one of the observers shakes a chalice containing ballots, and another then counts them and sets them one by one in a separate empty tank, the Vatican news reports.
All three roads then sit at the table in front of the altar. The first reads name written on the ballot and transmits it to the next review confirming the name before transmitting it to a third, which then read the name aloud. Voting is then recorded.

To choose a new pap, at least 89 of these ballots must appoint the same person.
After the end of this process, the votes are taled, and then the third examination uses a needle and thread to take ballots together.
The votes were verified by the auditor, and then, before the cardinal left the chapel, the voices were burned.

Why non-European papyrand candidates fell short
Until Pope Francis, the Catholic Church did not have a non-European pope in more than a thousand years (Pope Gregory, in the 8th century, from Syria).
Does the conclusion appear to appear outside his European members for the next pope is the question of logistics and culture.
