A neurologist has shared a simple cognitive test you can ask at home, which includes a series of questions that are said to have also been used by North -Americans.
A neurologist has revealed an easy cognitive test that can be done from the comfort of your home. According to reports, this evaluation is the same United States chaired, including Donald Trump.
The tests are designed to evaluate a series of cognitive functions (such as memory retention, problem solving skills and care and concentration levels) that are crucial indicators of our mental health. A score that is short could suggest a decrease in mental acuity, possibly indicating the first signs of dementia.
At Tiktok, Dr. Neurologist Baibing Chen, also known as Dr Bing, offered a vision of how this type of evaluation works. He explained: “This is what a cognitive proof for a president would be.
“Let’s see how you would. The maximum score is 30 points and you can pause at any time to answer these questions.”
The cognitive test
According to the Daily registrationDr. Bing’s questions are based on Mont -Real’s cognitive evaluation, which is said to have completed President Trump successfully in April of this year.
Drawing of watches (3 points) – Draw a clock showing five last nine. Get a point for a round clock, a point for the correct placement of numbers and a point for the right hands.
Word colors (2 points) – Dr. Bing showed three words “red”, “black” and “blue”. Each word was shown in a different color than it was written. It must be said the color of the font, instead of the word that is written. Get two points if completed correctly (no partial points).
Animals (3 points) – He showed a picture of three animals: a penguin, a turtle and a whale, and asked you to name them. Get a point for each correct animal.
Repeat words (5 points) – Dr. Bing asked you to listen and repeat five words. Get a point for each correct word. You must also remember them later in the test.
Repeat the numbers (2 points) – List five numbers to be repeated. Get two points if you repeat all the numbers correctly.
Repeat the upside down numbers (2 points) – He then asked him to repeat some numbers, but in the inverse order of how he told them. This is also worth two points.
Multiples (2 points) – You have to touch your hand when you name a number that is a multiple of four. Get a point for each correct touch and a point to retain the caps correctly to the non -multiple.
Repeat the sentence (1 point) – He asked him to repeat a short sentence to him. Get a point to get it completely correct.
Name as many fruits as you can (1 point) – You must name as many fruits as you can in 10 seconds. Get a point to name five or more.
Point to similarities (1 point) – He asked him to point out the similarity between a clock and a calendar.
Put a name in the words of previous (5 points) – Dr. Bing asked you to remember the five words in the question five before. Get a point for each correct word.
Where are you now (3 points) – He asked her to tell her what season she is currently, what month she is and in which city you are. Get a point for each correct answer.
Dr. Bing stated: “The proof that has just done tests brain regions and similar functions as one of the cognitive tests that some presidents take, do -know how you did it.”
In April, Trump, 78, proudly stated that he “had all the answers” in his cognitive evaluations. As reported the independentTrump undertook the cognitive evaluation of Mont -Real, obtaining a score of 30 out of 30.
The report also emphasized that its evaluations for depression and anxiety were within normal parameters.
