A Swansea man faces charges of a teenager who was filmed while in an adaptation room to a target store, said Swansea police on Thursday.

After an investigation, police determined that Williams filmed the girl with his cellphone, the statement was read. The researchers used surveillance photographs and photos of Williams’ social media to identify it, along with tips sent by the public.
Williams on Wednesday was arrested and officers took the phone as a test, according to police.
“This type of invasive and disturbing behavior does not take place in our community,” said police chief Mark Foley in the statement. “We take incidents like this very seriously and we will always work to protect the most vulnerable members of our community. I am proud of the fast and diligent work of our detectives, Furtado and Rowland and the staves officers. They acted quickly and conducted a thorough investigation that involved the identification and arrest of the suspect.”
Williams’s claim is scheduled for Thursday in the Fall River District Court.
