A good week improves Taylor Hall.
After eliminating New Jersey Devils on Tuesday, Hall signed an extension of three $ 9.5 million with hurricanes on Wednesday morning. The new agreement will pay the old number 1 of the global selection of $ 3.17 million per season.
“Taylor has proven to be a prominent adjustment for our team, and we are delighted to be excited to rale her house for three more seasons,” said Hurricane Director Eric Tlosky in a statement. “It has been a solid veteran presence in the dressing room and a manufacturer of gel differences.”
Acquired in a trade with the Blackhawks earlier this season, Hall scored nine goals and nine assists in 31 regular season games with hurricanes. In the first round of Carolina dels Devils, he added a goal and two assists.
The general selection number 1 of the 2010 NHL entry project, Hall’s career started with Oilers and has been a little nomadic. Hurricanes are the seventh team that they adapt to.
Hall won the MVP Award with New Jersey in 2017-18 and spent about three productive seasons with the Bruise (2021-23), registering 111 points (44 goals, 67 assists) in 157 games with Boston, but was commercialized in Chicago in the middle of a salary crisis after the 2022-23 season.
