Actress who starred in popular ’80s slasher film, soap opera dies at 63



Lar Park Lincoln, the actress known for playing Tina Shepherd in “Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood” and her double characters in “Knots Landing” have died. He was 63 years old.

Born on May 12, 1961, in Dallas, Texas, Lincoln’s first role was in the 1985 television film “Children of the Night” with Kathleen Quinlan and Mario Van Peetables. Lincoln won the prestigious bronze Halo Award for his portrait of a young teenage sex worker in the film.

The actress appeared in several more television films and programs, including the success “Highway to Heaven”, before starring in 1988 “Friday 13th of part VII: The New Blood.”

However, Lincoln was best known for portraying Linda Fairgate in “Knots Landing” from 1987 to 1991. He also appeared in “Murder, wrote” and “Beverly Hills, 90210”.
