Boston – The long way back is almost finished for Liam Hendriks.
36 -year -old Hendriks, who has fought against leukemia and major elbow injury in recent years, is expected to be activated on Saturday. Red sox Manager Alex Cora confirmed that there is a “good opportunity” that Hendriks will be added to the active list of the team for the second game of four Boston games with Chicago White Sox.
