Eastern Block of the Parliamentary Hill in Canadian Capital Ottawa is placed on the lock while the police arrived on the scene to deal with a man-barricaded in the building.

The Offices of Senator and their staff are located in the eastern block. Due to the upcoming federal elections in Canada, the parliament is currently dissolving, and there is a small activity in the area.
At least a dozen vehicles from the parliamentary protective service and the Ottawe police surrounded the east block, and the access area was closed, including passage owners, Post reported.
