A man from Brlockton threatened to kill the car dealership workers and sought to steal a cruise in Uber and Police Wednesday, according to the Norwell Police Department.
Elishah Moore-Evans, 28, was arrested and faces 10 positions, including assault and drums on a police officer with serious injuries, resisting the arrest and tried Caramar.
On the morning of January 29, a Uber driver had brought Moore-Evans to 22 Pond St. de Norwell, which is located as the location of the McLaren Boston vehicle dealership.
During the unit, police said that Moore-Evans became “agitated and aggressive”.
Once in the dealership, the Uber driver joined the business to ask employees with Moore-Evans, said police. Moore-Evans followed the driver inside.
Employees told Moore-Evans that if he did not calm down, he should leave. Police said that Moore-Evans began to start “aggressively” towards employees as he shouted, “What will you do about it? I will kill you and shoot again and kill all the workers.”
He then fell his hands to a vehicle inside the business and told employees that he would take his car, according to police.
Officials said that Moore-Evans stormed Uber driver while trying to steal the keys from his vehicle. During the fight, the glass was damaged in the business.
Finally, Moore-Evans took the keys to the Uber driver and ran in the car. However, the police said, he could not find out how to put the car by car to leave the business.
The officers arrived at 9.44 am and found Moore-Evans inside the vehicle.
The officers said that Moore-Evans left the vehicle of the Uber driver and headed for the officers. But he refused to cooperate with the officers and sought to open a Norwell Police Cruise Gate while stating, “I’m going to take the cruise,” police said.
Could not enter the cruise. Instead, the officers approached him and began to turn his arms and tried to hit an officer on his face with a closed fist twice, according to police. Continued to resist arrest while on the ground.
During the fight with the officers, he caused damage to the cruise door, the police said.
Once arrested, Moore-Evans was taken to a hospital.
An officer was injured during the incident and was also taken to a hospital.
