According to Almanac of farmers -A publication founded in 1818 and now based in Lewiston, Maine who offers long -range meteorological predictions: New England can wait for the cold stretch to remain until spring.

While the northern hemisphere will host spring Thursday, March 20 at 5:01 AM, this does not mean that the time and season will be on the same page.
The farmers’ almanac suggests that the new English are preparing for a “thunder and Zing spring!” – As spring time will take its time.
The weather conditions of winter will last mainly in the Midwest regions, Great Lakes, New England and North -East.
“Spring storms will provide a large number of showers and thunder for most areas, except in the southwest, which could see a drier season than usual,” says the prediction.
“… In general, we see a cool and stormy season for most places in the United States.”

The Almanac said that an “unusually storm in late winter” will bring a rainy blanket, handle and snow through the Atlantic coast during the first week of April.
Many popular events are held outdoors during the spring season, including Patriot Day in New England, which is also the same date for the Boston Marathon on April 21.
According to the farmers’ almanac, the weather should be “pleasant and clear” for these events.
