Rooney leaves Plymouth with 23 games
Wayne Rooney’s time at Plymouth came to a rather predictable end yesterday after just seven months, with the bottom-of-the-table club announcing that both Manchester United and the former England striker have “agreed to mutual terms with immediate effect”.
Kevin Nancekivell, the first coach and captain of the club, Joe Edwards took charge of the travel season, who are currently in action against Bristol City and have only lost one end of the game.
