When only the most modern heater will do, look to Dyson. The brand’s hot+cool gen one purifier is a purifier, but it also works as a fan and heater, providing airflow to cool and heat the entire room. A very similar model from Dyson found its way into our review the best electric heatersand our tester said it works at “Usain Bolt-level speed, raising the temperature from cold to comfortable in minutes.”

PureMate’s fan heater is a compact and lightweight choice. Easily portable, the device has three different modes of operation (high heat, low heat and fan), adjustable thermostat and overheating protection. While we haven’t tested this model yet, it’s said to run quietly, according to the brand.

If you just want to maintain the temperature in your living space, you may benefit from using this Dreo model, as it allows you to set accurate temperatures from a wide range – between 5C and 35C. This not only means that you can have your living space at a temperature that suits you, but it also avoids generating unnecessary heat. Billed as a quiet option, it also has a 12-hour timer and can spread heat up to 200 percent further, according to the brand.
