A federal appeals court ruled against the $5m judgment Donald Trump for they use obscenities and obscenities to the magazine’s writer From John Carrollon the right of inconvenience to the appointed governor.

Trump has consistently denied all the allegations, saying he never met Carroll and that she “not the race“.
The case is expected to continue even after Trump takes office as second president on January 20, 2025. The US Supreme Court ruled Unanimously in 1997, resident presidents have no immunity from civil suits over official actions.
