In a Facebook post, the office said Johnson “will be desperate and very very dangerous. Call your family and let them know. Text them and get answers. People tend to be more generous during Christmas and lower the guard. Be vigilant and be careful, share this.”

Johnson was convicted in February 2022 in Rankin County, Mississippi and later sentenced to life in prison.
