“Yesterday we visited the house of Los Hermanos de la Cruz Blanca de Huesca with the mayor and several councilors. The Christmas event consisted of more than 20,000 solidarity dinners that we distributed on Christmas Eve in more than 100 cities in Spain. Shipping 28,000 boxes, hats and the Christmas carols we sing. Merry Christmas,” Tebas wrote on his social networks.
Sixth year in a row
For the sixth year in a row, La Liga and its clubs have organized this campaign to help those in need, which is why they joined Spanish city councils at Christmas to help more vulnerable families 100 restaurants in 40 cities in Spain.
As Tebas explained during his visit to Huesca: La Liga will offer more than 20,000 special menus over Christmas, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve and Epiphany.. Additionally, winter items such as scarves and hats have been donated to these soup kitchens.
