A National Weather Service advisory was issued at 7:51 a.m. Tuesday for light snow and black ice until 10:30 a.m. for Northern Worcester and Southern Worcester, as well as Franklin, Middlesex, Essex, Hampshire, Hampden, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol and Plymouth Counties.
