Mac Jones one more time he helped his former team in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The New England Patriots he jumped in place number 2 after theirs 23-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. Jones attempted a game-winning two-minute layup but was unsuccessful en route to Jacksonville’s 12th loss of the season.
Jones last helped New England during his bye week when he picked up his first win as the Jaguars’ starting quarterback. That win over the Tennessee Titans moved the Jags from the No. 1 pick into a tie with six other teams that were 3-10 at the time.

The New York Giants are at the top of the draft rankings after their ugly 34-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
If the Patriots don’t win either of their last two games, it’s unlikely they’ll pick any lower than second.
