Robbie Williams defends upsetting Gary Barlow in Better Man film | Culture



Robbie Williams defended the disturbing ex Take that bandmates Gary Barlow in his new Better Man film, as the singer admitted: “I want to be authentic”.

The movie which is supposed to be released in UK on Boxing Day, is a semi-biographical film about The British pop singer.

It shows his rise to fame in the the nineties boyband and his notorious clashes with Barlow.

Discussion of the film when it came out BBC Radio 2 on Tuesday (December 17), the Angels singer admitted: “It wasn’t a compliment for Gaza and it must be a trigger for Gaza and I feel for Gaza about it.

“It was also incredibly important to me to tell my story.”
