Actor Jamie Foxx required stitches after being involved in some sort of altercation in Beverly Hills while celebrating his birthday on Friday, according to a spokesperson for the “Django Unchained” and “Ray” star.
The police were sent to Mr. Chow, an upscale Chinese restaurant located in the 300 block of N. Camden Drive, around 10:10 p.m. after learning that an assault with a deadly weapon was reported, according to Beverly Police Department officials Hills.
Upon arrival, the officers found that the allegations of assault with a deadly weapon were unfounded, but that a physical altercation had broken out between two parties at the restaurant. They have not released details about what led to the confrontation.
