The CEO of UnitedHealthcare, one of the largest US health insurers, was fatally shot in the chest on Wednesday in midtown Manhattan, according to multiple delivers.
Brian Thompson, 50, was shot outside the Hilton Hotel at 1335 North America Avenue shortly after 6.45am after arriving at UnitedHealthcare’s annual investor conference. A man in a mask came to him, and fired him again and again, according to the word New York Post.
